On the heels of Comediva’s participation in YouTube NextUp and the YouTube Comedy Lab, we were invited to be featured during a very special cross-promotional event called YouTube Comedy Week. The event featured YouTubers and celebrities coming together to celebrate online comedy.
Our contribution? Beer of Thrones, a parody commercial that imagined what it would be like if you could bottle the violence, sex, and drama of the hit series Game of Thrones and serve it at your party.
This became one of our favorite sketches, and the Comedy Week audience must’ve loved our brew, because the video shot up to 500K+ views in a matter of days.
It was also featured in dozens of publications, like Huffington Post, MSNnow, io9, Jezebel, and more.
